• To assist our clients to make marketing plans, to select agents and advertisers
• To draft and review presale and sales contracts, agency sales agreements, advertisement agreements, management conventions and other relevant documents
• Arrangement for signing presale engagements and management conventions, and issuing lawyer? s witness
• To draft real estate property sales contracts, pre-sale contracts, mortgage contracts and other legal documents for real estate property developers
• To prepare documents for pre-sale license, and to assist or take responsibility to obtain pre-sale license and assist to go through the formalities for pre-sale contracts registration
• To assist our clients to select agencies and advertisers, and to draft and review agency sales agreements, advertisement agreements and other agreements
• To assist developers to go through relevant formalities for real sale and presale, and to provide related legal services
• To draft, review and modify commercial housing sales contract, to participate in real property procurement negotiation, and to assist or take responsibility in execution of sales contract and supplementary agreements
• To issue lawyer? s witness for signing contracts, to assist companies to supervise the implementation of commercial housing sales (pre-sale) contracts, and to mediate and settle disputes arising from these contracts
• To draft and review temporary conventions, property management agreements and other legal documents at the preliminary property management for the clients
