- To participate in evaluating the possibility of a listed company coming into the domestic or foreign market, and choose the country and the stock exchange to be listed for our clients
- To assist the listed company to draft and to review the ’listing scheme’, ’sponsor agreement’, ’articles of association of company’, ’IPO prospectus’, ’application for shares’
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ‘commissioned audit of financial agreement’ signed with the accounting firm which has a securities business qualification
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ’underwriting agreement’ signed with the security company which has a qualification of recommend and guarantee
- To assist the listed company to draft and review the ’agent for shares collecting agreement’ signed with the bank which act for the collection of shares
- To investigate the credit standing of the listed company independently, impersonality and fairly according to the requests of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange
- To issue the legal advice requested by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange for the listed company
