- To provide legal evaluation on feasibility studies on freeway, dock, water works, power plant, bridge, tunnel and municipal works and other large-scale infrastructure projects, so as to guarantee the legality of projects
- To make legal planning on the BOT, BT and other construction projects and operation modes, and to safeguard the interests of each participants by execution of a series of legal documents;
- To represent our clients to participate in the negotiation and communication with government departments, so that to obtain various approvals and permits
- To provide consultancy, reconnaissance, design, construction, contract management and other legal advice on engineering construction
- To provide communication and negotiation, tender and bid planning, contract conclusion and other legal services for equipment purchase, project insurance and other items in connection with engineering construction
