Land use right
- To assist our clients to go through formalities for requisition of land, land assignment and transfer, and to draft and review agreements on compensation for land requisition and contracts on land assignment and transfer
- To assist our clients to make relocation policies, determine the units to relocate, settle disputes in connection with relocation, draft and review authorization agreement for relocation, announcement on settlement arrangement and agreement for settlement arrangement and others
- To sign the contract for assignment of land use right and obtaining the land use certificate and the right to the use of the land
- To modify and review the contract for assignment (transfer) of the right to the use of land and the monetary compensation agreement regarding the relocation of land use rights for and on behalf of clients; to assist our clients to go through the formalities for housing and land evaluation and land use right assignment (transfer)
- To obtain the land use right for our clients on the basis of document and contract drafting, participation in negotiation, bidding and auction
- To review and draft contracts on land requisition, relocation settlement and compensation
- Mineral resources exploration and exploitation
